  • 工作內容 1.根據銷售訂單和預測需求制定、驗證和維護主生產計劃。 2.分析客戶的優先事項並做出反應，重新安排、權衡、取消，並以最低的成本為客戶實施最佳解決方案。 3.管理庫存構建，並在訂單審核期間向銷售人員提供可預測的交貨期 4.每日/每週分析訂單負載與工作中心容量。 5.與設計、製造和營運部門密切合作，制定生產計劃報告以進行管理層審查。 6.根據客戶需求或預測建立製造訂單。 7.貢獻想法和建議以改進準時交付。 8.可能需要根據需要和/或分配履行其他相關職責 1.Develop, validate and maintain the master production schedule based on sales order and forecast demand. 2.Analyze and react to customer priorities, rescheduling, tradeoffs, cancellations, and implement best solution for customer with the least cost to customer. 3.Manage inventory builds and provide available ship dates and comments to Sales during order review. 4.Perform daily/weekly analysis of order load vs work center capacity. 5.Work closely with Design and Manufacturing and Operations to develop production schedule reports for management review. 6.Create work orders per customer demand or forecast. 7.Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve on time delivery. 8. May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned. 其他條件 1.出色的組織和溝通能力 - 口頭和書面。 2.具備較強的分析、引導及團隊建立能力者優先。 3.基本功能－生產計畫、激勵性溝通、資料收集和分析。 4.必須能夠理解並發出指示，並在所有工作情況下做出積極的反應。 5.必須具有心理適應能力，能夠靈活地與各種各樣的人打交道 6.必須能夠以專業的方式溝通；情緒穩定和個人成熟是這個職位的重要屬性。 7. 具備雙語（中文和英文）溝通能力 - 口頭和書面。 8.ERP及Office軟體相關技能 • Excellent Organizational and Communications Skills - both verbal and written. • Strong analytical, facilitation and team building skills a plus. • Essential Mental Functions -production planning, motivational communication, data collection and analyzing. • Must be able to understand and give instructions and react favorably in all work situations. • Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people. • Must be able to communicate in a professional manner; emotional stability and personal maturity are important attributes in this position. • Possess bilingual (Chinese and English) communication skills - both verbal and written. • Supporting computer skills – ERP, Office system Experience: 1.3至 5 年規劃/調度經驗，最好是在機械製造領域。從設計到訂單到生產到庫存的環境。 2.必須具有調度概念和製造系統、產能規劃、車間控制和庫存模組的廣泛背景。機械製造工廠經驗將有加分 • 3 to 5 years of planning/scheduling experience, preferably in a machine mfg. environment from design to order to make to stock. • Must have a broad background of scheduling concepts and manufacturing systems, capacity planning, shop floor control and inventory modules.
