工作內容：Develop and manage the product life cycle of server/chassis products, including product development phase: product conception, specification, scheduling, prototyping, tooling; as well as mass production phase: product support and maintenance of the entire product life cycle. Create and present chassis product roadmap. Closely work with engineering teams to review the product specification and design of chassis mechanical, thermal, system architecture to enable competitive, high quality server chassis product. Lead cross-functional team to ensure time-to-market product launch and on-time delivery. Closely work with oversea ODM vendor on server chassis product design and development, design review, chassis parts tooling fabrication and production ramp-up, set-up. Work with marketing & sales on new chassis products launch and promotion.

工作內容：Summary Supermicro is seeking a Automation Specialist responsible for managing the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and fully utilizing its capabilities to generate consistent inbound lead traffic and enable sales follow up. Working closely with Sales team and other revenue generation teams and tools. This candidate will have a proven background in marketing automation and demand generation, and will be tasked with crafting and implementing HubSpot programs to ensure continual optimization of digital marketing and lead management processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Assist with the sales trainings for the tool and deployment of new modules and features for sales • Collaborate with the team on email, nurture stream, and event programs and its associated assets such as landing pages, web forms, and email templates • Oversee sales utilization of the tool, programs and campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting • Audit HubSpot sales hub programs and lead automation rules for accuracy and consistency • Troubleshoot issues with the mindset of identifying the root cause and providing recommendations • Maintain marketing and sales data hygiene by cleaning up data for list uploads, performing data remediation, and applying data enrichment • Contribute to cross-functional teams focused on lead nurturing, field management, and segmentation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Conceptualize, plan, and execute the design and development of liquid cooling solutions for server platforms; • Validate thermal compliance of systems and components with regards to industry standards; • Thermal measurements and analysis of cooling systems and components; • Summarize and present lab results to engineering teams, vendors, and customers; • Investigate and identify new techniques to advance thermal developments and validations; • Collaborate with HW, ME, Lab and PM teams for system designs and environmental tests; • Interface with contract vendors for product developments and improvement recommendations
