工作內容:- Real Estate daily operation in Taichung factory.
- Familiar with Taiwan real estate market, market player, data, pricing, contract conditions, etc. It includes the practical application towards RE business processes such as site selection process and conjunction to internal business case.
- Set up and ensure high service standards combined with cost efficient management, including vendor management if applicable. It entails communication skills and knowledge of business structure and service types, monitoring KPIs, defining improvement measures, up to knowledge of supplier structures and benchmarks.
- Actively engage with RE BSS, OPS, P&PR, Service and support functions in Taichung and Taipei, understanding production need and priorities by taking on clear responsibility for RE business.
- Project management skill is required for the new site/office build up, RE need to plan and schedule for the responsible area, i.e. office furniture, catering, shuttle…etc.
- Insight into management of the technical, infrastructural building requirements, including maintenance and facility services such as cleaning, shuttle bus and canteen services, i.e. ability to assess and control either internal or external service provider.
- Quickly adapt and implement global office standard from company. Fully align with APAC, as a main driver for sustainability projects in Taichung, e.g. office standard in factory.
- Maintain database and RE portfolio in Taiwan. Ensure the valid data updated in responsible location.
