工作內容:Position Duties: This candidate is part of design automation and verification team to enable and verify Printed Circuit Board (PCB) hardware and layout designs. He or she is responsible but not limited in following activities: • Execute Design For Manufacturing (DFM) tools/scripts and provide reports to design and product teams • Develop scripts to provide solutions in design and PCB manufacturing issues • Execute PCB layout, conduct layout feasibility studies in early design stage, review placement and routing strategies, review layout constraint settings, review layout with checklists, deliver layout training in CAD tool features and best known methods. • Develop scripts to provide solutions in design and PCB manufacturing issues • Define and develop design methodologies to improve design quality and productivity • Engage with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool vendors for tool evaluation and support • Engage with PCB and CM vendors to understand and evaluate PCB fabrication and assembly process/rules Position Requirements: This candidate needs following but not limited skills to achieve above challenges: • Strong communication skills to quickly capture and understand design/product team needs and explain resolutions in crystal clear way. Good English reading, writing and speaking are required. • Team player to engage and work closely with different teams. • Discipline to respect/follow the rules and execute the tasks flawlessly. • Self motivated to ramp up fast in tackling unfamiliar or new issues. • Result oriented to deliver robust solutions within tough schedules. • Hands on script developments and coding. Familiar with CADENCE SKILL is preferred but not required • Knowledge and experience for PCB layout tool Allegro and SKILL scripts is a plus. • Knowledge and experience for Mentor Graphics tool Valor is a plus. • Good understanding with PCB manufacturing and design is preferred but not required.
