工作內容：This Panel Supply Analyst is mainly responsible for TV panel demand and supply management, including panel vendors management: demand/ supply plan and rebalance, supply performance, fulfillment capability and fulfillment prioritization assessment, overall panel allocation according to TV overall demand; panel supply quantities/ schedule projection vs panel demand quantities/ schedule planning including push/pull review and weekly LCD readiness log report. This individual supports TV senior manager and partners with CFT peers to jointly develop and execute ExB TV category strategy. He/She develops a strong network in TV industry to capture technology insights for product development and to collect market intelligence turning into ExB’s competitive edge. 1. Control Buy Panel Supply Management • Work with ODMs supply chain operation for the panel demand and update the supply allocation for control buy panel. • Align the demand allocation to sourcing for cost negotiation and work with panel suppliers supply commitment and delivery schedule monthly. • Participate in panel planning for TV BU and SCO key schedule for holiday promotions. • Monitor and update control buy panel supply log weekly to secure monthly total allocation of the supply as well as weekly delivery schedule from panel suppliers to meet ODM’s demand. • Manage Control Buy Panel EOL process in time to ensure no supply gap or excess to ODMs. • Work closely with supply chain operation team to deal with the set downside/ upside and pull/push requests from different BBY channels with panel suppliers to make panel supply balanced and solve the open issues. 2. Vendor Management • Co-work with Sourcing, Supply Chian ODMs Operation, PM. OPs and Engineering to support business and product needs. • Feedback the panel suppliers’ performance via Scorecard to improve the panel vendors performance and support ExB TV global sourcing business strategy. • Suppliers visit and proactive to align with panel suppliers to support business needs and enhance vendor relationship. • QTR and marketing supply chain related intelligence collections. 3. Project Management • Work with XFT to follow up the panel 1st source adaption in new project and 2nd source adaption in current project schedule. • Lead or work for panel supply chain open issues discussion internally. 4. Reporting and Process Development • Regularly review business performance and provide key updates and recommendations on how to optimize business opportunities to the cross-functional team. • Review business analysis to provide suggestions in making our business models more efficient. • Provide the necessary data and reports to the cross-functional team to support business discussions and decision making. Deliver value by providing a clear point-of-view and suggestions for solutions from the operations perspective. • Generate business recaps focused on key Operations metrics for the cross-functional team (e.g. key product launch recap, etc). • Execute and Optimize the current Operations Team SOP procedures. Serve as the lead to update or create new SOP procedures to support new business requirements.
