  • 工作內容 1.根據銷售訂單和預測需求制定、驗證和維護主生產計劃。 2.分析客戶的優先事項並做出反應，重新安排、權衡、取消，並以最低的成本為客戶實施最佳解決方案。 3.管理庫存構建，並在訂單審核期間向銷售人員提供可預測的交貨期 4.每日/每週分析訂單負載與工作中心容量。 5.與設計、製造和營運部門密切合作，制定生產計劃報告以進行管理層審查。 6.根據客戶需求或預測建立製造訂單。 7.貢獻想法和建議以改進準時交付。 8.可能需要根據需要和/或分配履行其他相關職責 1.Develop, validate and maintain the master production schedule based on sales order and forecast demand. 2.Analyze and react to customer priorities, rescheduling, tradeoffs, cancellations, and implement best solution for customer with the least cost to customer. 3.Manage inventory builds and provide available ship dates and comments to Sales during order review. 4.Perform daily/weekly analysis of order load vs work center capacity. 5.Work closely with Design and Manufacturing and Operations to develop production schedule reports for management review. 6.Create work orders per customer demand or forecast. 7.Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve on time delivery. 8.
