工作內容職責要求
1. Provide technical support of Level 1 to group & customer and Level
2 for APAC area through the ticket service for known technology in compliance with GCCS guideline, EPK contract.
2. Upon request of OCC, analyse preventively and curatively the machines malfunctions and specific notifications.
3. Upon request of LTD, work on technical analysis, identify root cause and propose technical solution.
4. Keep knowledge up to date with site work.
5. Organize/create regular Technical Tool Box in accordance with LTD (Synthetizing TSI).
6. Announcing recurring technical problems & solutions.
7. Support for material ordering.

1.英文精通
2.需有電配電相關證照 (乙級)
3.3-5年相關經驗
