工作內容1. Provide advisory services on treasury products to Treasures clients to achieve clients and financial objectives.
2. Coach, train and lead sales team (BMs and TRMs) to promote FX/DCI, fulfilling internal and external regulatory requirement.
3. Lead and support sales team to deliver the set revenue target and grow FX/DCI AUM.
4. Perform joint sales call / appointment with RMs when required
5. Drive and grow the FX/DCI business through an effective sales management model.
6. Attend all relevant training/briefings and assist in treasury product development by providing feedback on clients; preferences and needs as well as contributing ideas on how products can be better packaged and retailed to clients.
