Coach staff and regular review with departmental staffs; monitor and assist all to solve problems and improve their performance. • Train all team member according governmental’ requirement and ensure all of them have proper training on quality & service standard. Ensure all staffs could work with necessary equipment and tools. • Enhance cooperation and communication with other department on daily operation in order to improve service. • Ensure all outlets, equipment and facilities are in good condition and proper store.
